Fortified, covered like them boots that rise thigh high
Purified, in the lake the prince immortalized
Satisfied, with the way it’s set up / Organized, on another level
My oh my
Tight jaw steam from a kettle / Expand ripple from a pebble
Let bygones fly
Get gone now, bye
Forging another frontier / Way way way way out there
Love, peace fun feast / Yes, it’s such a lovely view
Thrown clay on the base, pushing until it follows through
Love, peace fun feast / Yes, it’s such a lovely view
Explorations explanations / So right so ripe picking all the fruit
Passing waves and the voice soars / Press that, run it through the boards
Contained hustle for the access / Claim that, five star in the process
These memories are carried, taken to the edge
Forging another frontier / Way way way way out there
At the end, don’t forget the means / Acquire and supply it
Stretching out on new greens
Love, peace fun feast / Yes, it’s such a lovely view
Thrown clay on the base, pushing until it follows through
Love, peace fun feast / Yes, it’s such a lovely view
Explorations explanations / So right so ripe picking all the fruit

This is the latest from ETC Records group Dia.L. Soulful production and vocals. Very Chicago. All ETC Records artists are worth checking out. A. Billi Free
Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. The feel of the tunes makes me feel like the Impressions do, Curtis Mayfield, the big spaces and instinctive horns and stuff drifting in and out. Great grooves and I can see lots of ghosts nodding along to this with big smiles on their faces. At last! Anthony Cottrell
